Restructuring

Only individuals who are holding a valid licence to act as an insolvency practitioner issued under section 13 of TCI’s Insolvency Ordinance 2017 ("the Ordinance") are approved to carry on business and act in or from within TCI as an Insolvency Practitioner. Currently only six individuals are Licensed Insolvency Practitioners pursuant to the Ordinance, one of who is Gary Brough, Managing Director of Baker Tilly TCI.
